Regina and Mike are getting married July 22, 2017 at The Franklin Room in St. Louis, Missouri. I met them at Rian and Jesse’s Caramel Room wedding they were in recently! (I love shooting the bridesmaid turned bride)
Klondike Park was an absolute dream location for an engagement session. I literally stopped in my tracks and just observed the natural beauty surrounding me for quite a while. I could not wait for Regina & Mike to show up! They were going to LOVE me!!
There are so many options when shooting here. There are evergreen trees, white sand that looks like snow, cliffs, quarries, and even cactus plants (which you’ll hear more about in a moment). I’m so excited to photograph this awesome couple at their wedding this summer.
While they went to change I decided to get their rings shots. See that cactus below? Yea, I may have knelt on it and ended up having to remove little bitty needles from my knee with tweezers for hours when I got home. Don’t judge me. Did you see that ring?! Mike you did a great job picking that out!
I couldn’t get these two to stop laughing! That’s when you know you are having fun.
I love having my couples “show me your best dance move”. It almost always catches them off guard and the laughs and smiles are absolutely genuine and real.
Seriously, look at this light! My heart was so happy seeing the sun make it’s presence known.
And finally, you know we just had to throw some Blues Hockey jersey photos in there!
I had such a great time getting to know this couple and I can’t wait to see her in her wedding gown very soon. I already know she will be absolutely stunning.
